Why did you decide to become a teacher?
When I was a child, I would find new and different ways to explain a concept to my peers when they struggled to grasp it. I had a heart for helping others; my sisters and I would play school growing up. Then, sometime after attending college, I landed a job as a paraprofessional. That is when I realized just how much I love working with children! In that position, I had the chance to work with all elementary grade levels and diverse groups of kids ranging from ESL, GT, and others. I am blessed and honored to have now started my teaching career!
What do you like most about teaching?
Being a part of a classroom community. Learning and growing together!
What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors: hiking, paddle boarding, jogging, walking, camping, bonfires, and star gazing.

Why did you decide to become a teacher?
After 16 years in business management, I decided to stay home with my young children. I started volunteering in their classrooms when they attended CVE, and I fell in love with the community of educators and staff. After volunteering at the school, I felt I was called to fulfill a need in my community and become a teacher. The kids are 100% why I teach. The bonus is that I work with our amazing families and this incredibly supportive staff.
What do you like most about teaching?
I love seeing a kiddo go from "I can't" to "I TOTALLY CAN!" Those little victories mean the world to me because school can become a place of possibilities. I love it when a child feels like they have overcome an obstacle.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?
I love to camp and be outside. I spend most of my summers at Harvey Gap on my paddle board. I also love to read!

I'm Brylle Dadang, and I hail from the Philippines. I taught for a decade before joining the Montana teaching community in the latter part of 2021. I made the bold move to teach 3rd Graders in CVE after learning about its vision of developing happy, high-achieving students and staff. I believe that the classroom should be a nurturing and secure space where students can learn, grow, and flourish. Experiencing diversity in my adventure halfway across the world made me believe that the world is a big classroom where we encounter diverse people and ideas that broaden our own perspectives and understanding.

My name is Brenna Nease. I grew up in Conifer, CO. Then, I went to college at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction. I have fallen in love with the Western Slope, and I love it here in Silt. It is amazing to work at CVE, and I am so grateful to be a part of the team here. I love teaching 3rd grade! It is so cool to see them grow as humans. It is so fun getting to teach reading and writing!
